Anke and Sèbastien: an Italian summer's souvenir

Since I can remember, it was our dream to get married in Italy
— Anke and Sébastien

Are you charmed by the laid back atmosphere of the Italian village life, with its slow rhythm and its rituals?

Then you’ll love this iconic summer wedding with a double ceremony and a ride on a Fiat 500 amidst the Tuscan hills!

Cozy morning, getting ready

A parade of vintage cars

Anke and Sébastien decided to have a double ceremony on their special day: the first, the civil wedding, was celebrated in the baroque theater of the city hall of San Quirico d’Orcia, Palazzo Chigi.

The couple reached the village on a vintage Fiat 500, while the rest of the group arrived on a set of classic VW buses!

The bride asked for a tiny and handy bouquet for the first ceremony, something compact and easy to dry and carry back home!

One of our favourite part of the day was the moment we came outside the city hall and walked with our family and friends to the central bar for aperitif and all the Italian people in the city were waving and smiling.

Vows under the pines

In the afternoon, after the hottest hours of the day, a gentle breeze came under the pines, where we set up an informal and cozy ceremony, during which the couple exchanged their vows, surrounded by their dear ones.

The bride has changed in a new dress and a new bouquet with flowers of the garden.

Enchanted tablescape

The wedding dinner was the perfect summer evening with a breeze after a very hot day! The table setting was so beautiful with the flowers and the view!
