SUMMER IS HERE!
We know you’re longing for coming back to Italy, to Tuscany and to this special place amidst the golden rolling hills!

Travelling during Covid-19 is not the easiest thing to do, that’s why we thought to share with you our favourite accommodations to divide the route from Germany and Austria to Il Rigo, if you decide to reach us by car.

It can be the occasion to enjoy a holiday “on the road” and discover the beauties of our country!

Where to sleep:

  1. Cascina Rodiani - green hospitality:

Cascina Rodiani adheres to the principle of responsible tourism and take seriously the impact of its activities on our eco-systems and natural resources. Located on the subalpine hills, on the Italian-Swiss border between the Lake of Como and the Lake of Lugano, the Cascina offers an ideal base for exploring the area and feeling out of time.
Not to be missed: A walk in the park of Spina Verde; Como city tour

  2. Albergo Alte Post - Posta Vecchia:
A post station from XII century, with lovely rooms, restaurant and genuine hospitality, where Mozart and Goethe stopped during their tours through Europe!!!
Not to be missed: On the way south stop at Arte Sella, an amazing living artistic garden amidst the Alps

  3. B&B La Scuola Guesthouse:
Situated on the Vicenza Hills, between Bassano del Grappa and Asiago, La Scuola features beautiful views and back-in-time bedrooms in a charming converted school. Carefully restored and managed with passion, it is the perfect place to stop, have breakfast until late, relax, have fun, explore or enjoy sporting activities, before heading south!
Not to be missed: Visit the Malghe (farmhouses) with a pic-nic bag of La Scuola

  4. Organic Agriturismo Ca’ del Rocolo:
A small country road which runs in from Verona, leads to the hills along meadows and olive groves up to this countryside immersed in the green, bordering the oasis of ”Vajo Galina”. Very close to the Arena (11km) and Ponte Pietra (8 km): it’s the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the quietness of a stay in the country without renouncing the pleasures of the city.
Not to be missed: A city tour of Verona

  5. Agriturismo Ca' de Memi:
Bed & Breakfast and cuisine upon advance reservation. Only few km far from Castelfranco Veneto and Treviso, in a central position to visit Venice (40 minutes by train) and the most important cultural destinations in Veneto (most of them are up to 30 km).
