Easter Sunday Lunch

Starters
Mixed wild salad with usunual greens and edible petals
Torta pasqualina - Easter pie with ricotta, greens and eggs
Prosciutto of Cinta Senese

Primo
Pink ravioli with ricotta and pecorino cheese, served with butter aromatic herbes and edible flowers

Main
Stuffed rabbit with sausages, chard, potatoes, served with sautè sliced fennel

Dessert
Meringue nests with lemon curd and fruit salad

Fresh broad beans, fresh sheep cheese from Pienza and salamino
Green panzanella with peas, asparagus, spring onion and whole wheat bread

Tuscan sausages
Chicken legs marinated with rosemary and orange zest
Lamb chops
Fried artichokes

Dessert
Colomba - dove shaped pastry - with marbled chocolate
